Obama who won the presidency through his slogan of "Change We Can" is giving different signals in foreign policy. He is said to have offered Sen. Hillary Clinton the position of Secretary of State during their meeting Thursday in Chicago. According to the British newspaper, The Guardian, Senator Clinton who competed against Obama during the Democratic primary will accept the offer.
